Thanks for the reply. I thought I had some issues with link 4gx ecu but ended up being hot fuel was changing my Afr to leaner after longer driving. Whenever I was driving longer then 30 min my afr gets leaner by 0.5-0.7 Afr across my fuel map. When I started logging fuel temp I notice that while fuel temp is raising the afr gets leaner. I have 2x walbro 450's so fuel gets pretty hot up to 120F sometimes more on hot days. I made fuel correction to compensate extra 3-4% fuel when fuel temp is raising and it is all good now. The only think that I am still wondering is: are injectors swelling with temperature or really hot fuel need that much correction because of density. Thanks!!

Are your two pump running all the time ? If yes, not good for fuel as you can see … I think you can control the pumps to make the second running only when needed

No, My first pump working all the time but second is activated with boost, it is turning on above 10psi boost, but still fuel gets pretty hot when I drive it longer then 30 min. I was thinking to install some cooler on return fuel line or something like that, but I did correction in link ecu and at 75F fuel temp I have 0% correction but at 120F fuel I have around 5% correction. Seems a lot for me because when my correction was OFF then my full boost afr 11.5 could climb up to 12.2 when fuel gets hot. I send my fic 2150 for cleaning and flow testing and I also told them to check them with fuel temp change but they found nothing wrong so I guess it is just density of the E85 fuel. From my research e85 fuel boiling point is 173F. and my temp can go up to 120-125F on hot days so not very far from boiling point. I think it is just density of fuel.
