New to Evo-Seeking Advice on Evo 8 Purchase

Hey everyone,
I’m new to this forum and Planning to purchase an Evo 8 seeking advice from fellow enthusiasts and experts.
I've done a few car projects in the past, but this is my first Evo. Looking for tips on what to check/look out for when buying an Evo 8. Any specific areas to inspect or common issues to avoid?

Check under carriage for rust, especially by the rear trailing arms (around the gas tank).

This is what I composed to check

PPE (Prepurchase inspection)
Compression/leakdown test
Rust under the carriage and check to see it seems to be rusting around the spoilers.
Verify if major services has been done.
ACD pump is not on its way out, is it making any whining noises
