Need help to rethread lower exhaust manifold stud

I have a lower exhaust manifold stud that I want to either put a heli coil or go up a size on the stud.
it’s on the lower exhaust manifold so it has oil on it and I’d really like to not take anything apart. Or the least amount apart. I know there is an oil passage what’s the best way to go about this. Thank you!

That oil passage that hole goes into is an oil drain galley, returns oil to the pan. To be super clean about, you can remove the valve cover and oil pan to flush it out when you're done.

Or you can use grease to attempt to drill and tap it with minimal shavings going in.
