Evo 9 rear bumper 3d scan

I have my diffuser broken on the rear bumper and I want to fix it via 3d print. I'll be glad if someone can share a 3d scan of the rear bumper or even only of the diffuser part

Problem your going to face is finding the right printer to do this. I thought about doing this as well with a front bumper being mine was cracked up and trying to source one to do the proper abs or whatever cf fused stuff was a pita.

I think ASA might be the best material.
But you can also print it from 2-3 pieces and plastic weld it

Yeah this is true, I am making a center piece to go over my shifter so it looks better then cutting my stock piece up and I asked the guy who scanned it and he said sort of the same thing. His worry is won't be strong enough and it will crack or break under force of movement.

I've seen people make a 3d print to then create a mold form the 3d printed part, and finally use the mold to create the final part in fiberglass or carbon.
