Power Steering probems...

Not Sure exactly what is wrong but here are the symptoms.

Power steering feels like it is not working at all when idling, steering very hard to use. If any throttle is applied however, everything works fine.

Checked the power steering fluid and it was slightly above max, any suggestions?

power steering should be checked everytime you bring it to the dealer, see if its burnt or what not. like spec 30k. not sure why its idling. i say jus bring it to the shop.

you power steering pump is shot. it doesn't matter if you apply throttle or not because by reving it gives more power to the steering wheel itself. just bring it into the dealership, because i had th same problem. power steering wouldn't work at all, however when i reved the crap out of it i had no problems turning. dealership said it was power steering pump

I dont have to rev the crap out of it - a mere 100 rpm will do it.
