Basically, I'm just curious on everyone's opinion whether they would choose the Sun and Sound package (leather, sunroof, upgraded infinity audio [for +$2,550]) or just the basic Evolution 8?

Please no flaming or disputes. It's just a simple poll along with your opinion please.

 

The sunroof would be a nice option, and looking at where you live, the leather could be nice as well (depends on how hot it gets). Personally, I don't think it's worth it.... See if there is a way you can just get the option(s) that YOU want.

 

It depends on how bad you want those seats IMHO. You can get a pretty killer sound system for that kind of money and probably an aftermarket sunroof if you really want it. I have an '03 with sunroof. I like it but the quality is pure Lancer.

 

Got the leather version just to get the car in Silver and with sunroof.
The leather is kind of sweatty - as is the fabric. Leather seats are somewhat more comfortable - less contoured. Still too hard. Looks great with black seats in silver car.
Stereo is surprisingly good.
Sunroof is OK. Has a back tilt that's good for ventilation.
Get the leather if you like the stereo and sunroof.

 

i perfer stock. but leather is nice. except here in vegas, it will burn the hell out of you. thats the ownly downside.

 

I actually like the Cloth better. It holds you better when you're all over the place.

I would prefer aligator skin wrap. It's got the quality of the leather, yet spiky texture to hold you or pierce you in place on those sprited drives.
