Ok, I put mine in tonight and it does seem to stiffen the rear of the car up, even more. I have a bunch on order and will start on the list as soon as they come in.

I didn't cut my plastic part... yet. You can pull it far enough away to put the bar in and let it rest on the bar itself... or cut it for a cleaner install.
