I had 8 payments made. I should have 1 more coming in Monday for #7, but that's it for now. I'm tryin to get more. How many more people want them?

Ones I have where Witek, Scott, Dan, James, Russell, and Jorge.

Markus is on the bubble as #7.

I'd be interested if it fits without trunk trimming.

Last I checked the part number wasn't available for it yet, I take it that has changed? Time to call the dealer again...

Yes, it is a trick piece, it bolts right in and weighs less than a pound.

Oh well, maybe you should do a better job of updating where your stock stands so people are unnecessarily sending you money if they are all gone.

I'd be interested only if it fits without cutting. Thanks.

Received the bar today. All I can say is "wow I'm glad I waited for the Mitsubishi part!"

There is no question that the rear plastic panel needs to be cut to permit the bar to fit over the holes the trunk floor. How much is still a question.

For those who are going to install the bar, retain the trunk lining materials and get everything to go back into place you will need to,

1) Cut the bottom of the rear plastic part.
2) Cut the left and right liner over the bar area.
3) Cut the wood wheel well cover's rear lips (or plan on bending the board when installing / removing from the car).

I haven't taken the time to do all of this yet so I can't give better recommendations at this time. In general the rear plastic part has a lip that has to be removed at the left and right side. Over the wheel well area less cutting is required.

The liner is plastic backed. It will not suffer bending without breaking the backing. If you don't cut the liner it will have to stick into the trunk area about 1 to 2 inches. Hence a clean cut over the bar area is most likely the best solution.

With respect to the wheel well cover I couldn't find any way to remove the cover from the car without bending the cover. One could cut the rear tongue or the front lips to permit clearing the bar. Note that the Mitsubishi bar is wider than the Cusco bar. Hence the interference issue with the cover.

If anyone is more creative I'm listening.

I'll take one whenever the next shipment comes in. Any ideas when that might be?

I don't have a PayPal account due to a bad experience with them. What is a alternative method to get you the funds?
