Valve stem caps/covers

Has anyone else had their stock screw on caps stolen off their tires? I noticed the 2 on one side missing and then like a week later the 2 on other side were gone. I guess they are nice steel caps but come on. Do these punk civic kids really have nothing better to do than steal these off my car?

Are you using chrome valve stems? I made the mistake of doing away with the stock valve stems. The caps on my chrome valve stems are now seized over the winter.

I had the stock covers on. I wasn't thinking about changing them cause they don't really make a difference to me. They looked fine, the same color as the stock rims. I just can't believe people would take them.

Stock? Mine came stock with black plastic; I was ripped . Seeing as only 2 went you should be more inclined to check out the bikes of local kids in your neighbourhood as that is where you would be likely to find your 'bling' valve covers.
