Xede with the Xflash is an excellent first mod. I hardly noticed anything when I installed my exhaust, but when I poped my xede in the difference was huge. With the xede, everytime you upgrade, you can download another free map for the new parts for both pump gas and race fuel. It is awesome to have so much power and flexibility when you are a newbie to tuning.

 

How much does the xede unit cost?

 

Turbo timer if you don't already have one.

If you do, go with the bolt ons. Either turbo back exhaust or piece yours together with Cat back exhaust, downpipe, intake, high-flow cat or straight pipe. Then get your ECU reflashed. I agree with SinCity, why reflash with stock parts? You'll just end up reflashing again with the mods.
