Maybe he's just really effin' thrilled with the results? I'd be.

I considered Lojack, but considering it's $500, and only takes $3/mo off my insurance policy, why bother? I'll get the standard alarm in my MR initially, but I'd drop something like this in it later without a second thought, especially if the monthly drop in my insurance equals the monthly charge for this thing.

That doesn't necessarily mean that the product is bunk, of course, but i have a feeling this guy has a stake in selling this product.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I read and read....it sounded so much like an Ad. However, it does seem like a good product.

still, look at it like this... soon there will be all sorts of GPS-based options to track your car.

they'll probably include some sort of palm adaptation too so you can get a map of where the car is at any time. once the market develops and this becomes a solid security platform, ill definitely be buying one.

now, if we could just figure out how to follow cops the same way to know where they're hiding

It is an ad if you desire it to be. But it is the truth. If you found something you liked would you keep it to yourself? I have been a troll on this site for sometime because I had nothing great to offer and then when I do it must be an ad. Right?

Are there rules to posting on one thread? If I subscribe to a thread wouldn't I be notified that someone posted in it? Maybe I am supposed to post in a another thread before responding to a thread I started...

Tell the Moderator to delete the thread then. Dammed Flamers gotta ***** about everything.

As far as thrilled goes it just too cool that with in minutes of having it in it became useful.

The first reaction of a friend of mine that is basicaly a cynic was now your statics can be supoened to be used against you. They could but not many people could afford full time tracking anyway. So for the most part there would not be that much info to supoena. Hell for that matter your ECU could tell on you with all the sensors that cars have nowadays.

You've been a "troll" on this site since May.

And uh, right.

This thing could serve a dual purpose. We could actually use it against the dealerships for a change. I know they rag on customer cars, and with this I could finally prove it. I've had 45 miles put on my car for a brake pad replacement in the past, if this was on there I might of had some kind of legal recourse.

Who knows could have gotten a free clutch or something. Without any proof I was stuck with my very abused clutch and who knows what else( they even changed the miles on the invoice). This didn't happen with the Evo, but I'm sure not going to put it past them. I might buy it for that reason alone.

There is an extra lead that can be activated along with any of the others. One thought was to use it to control a hidden camera. One of those $29 digital varieties.

Bust him driving it fast with the Enterceptor
$500
Shut it down in the boonies.
$1.00
Get a picture of the look on his face as it all happens.
Priceless
