you remember the old Colt- right? It looks like a Citation.... sorta... anyway, Mitsu's been *****ing that the Lancer platform is too long and they want something to compete with Peugeot and the trend toward the smaller rally car.

I'm willing to bet this was really a SUBIE in disguise with new WRC "Cruise Missile" technology. In it's first trial it successfully creamed a Lancer...... but I could be wrong

Australia is releasing their version of the Galant in 2005, called Magna and/or Verada. I would assume that was the car involved in the accident.
We have had the Galant, Magna and Verada for years. In the last year they released the Ralliart Magna with all the trimmings. I am veru sure that the new car is none of those and according to my "sources" it is some kind of Tarmac/Colt based car to start with. then the Evo version will come around at a later point.
Similar happened with the Ford Focus range here. I still think we dont thave the full RS turbo Focus yet.
