The speedo resolution is very coarse and the accuracy is poor but near as I can tell it's 40ish for 1st.. the rev limiter is set about 7600 on my car.

TurboTrix, you think you would get any addvantage in reducing the gearing to say 145 in 5th? i know there is time lost in changing, but i wonder if the closer gearing would help. its just some RallyCross cars over here only run 4 speed and they are maxing about 140 (0-60mph in 1.9sec) yet some run 6 speed with similar top speed and acceleration!

thanks Chris.

yeah, i believe the top speeds in gear in the manual are for 7000rpms . . . Turbotrix probabbly has their car rev limit tuned well above that . . .

yah i guess it was a bad comparison .. Jeff shift 1-2 at about 9200 rpms .. LOL .. oh well. As far as the gearing... shifiting to 5th would kill our ET .. As it stands we go through the traps at almost 9grand. Going with a lower profile tire would even increase that .. sucks .. Hopefully in the near futre we will have a taller 4th ..
