Hey guys, I just finished installing a Defi BF series boost gauge. However, the light on the boost gauge does not come on unless I turn the headlights on. Did I do something wrong, or can you see through the blacked out glass during the day. Also, I sliced into the radio wiring per the instructions of Evo Motorsports tech section.

Sounds like you spliced into the wrong wire, like you spliced into the headlight wire, because the radio lights (at least on stock) only come on when the headlights are on. You need to splice into a constant light source...like the light source for the dash lights cuz those are always on.

 

I figured it out! I had the wire on meter 1, so I swithched to meter two and then everything worked just fine.
