Long Trips
Drive
I drive Chicago-Ann Arbor six times a year for UM games. About 500 miles in a day. The Evo is fine for me on Michigan roads, but my wife thinks it's too bumpy. Drive in states with good roads (basically anywhere except Michigan) and you'll be fine!

I haven't made a trip over 3.5 hours yet but my cats gets terrible mileage. I went to Tampa going 90ish the whole way and only got 20mpg. The car rides great out on the highway but the mpg sucks ***.
went from San Angelo, TX to Pittsburgh, PA to DC - about 17-1800 miles. My right leg was pretty sore after that from no cruise. I was getting about 150 miles per 1/2 tank. On the way back after dynoflashed, it was around 165 per 1/2. On the back roads here in nowhere Texas, I was getting around 125 miles per 1/2 going 130-140 MPH. That engine just sucks down the gas when in boost.
I put just over 2000 miles on my car in 5 days last summer. It was a trip to a remote resort and alot of driving around while we were there. My wife and I were fine with the car, but really tired of all the driving by the time we got back home.
Other than that, I've made quite a few 500+ mile weekend trips with the car, and it's been great. I've got about 23K on it now.
