Bunch of evos in a garage; looked highly modded. any info on these cars?

Yah that was rhys millen and rod millen stuff. That IS430 Rod made was sweet.

 

Those guys are extremely talented. The whole concept of that show blew me away. Unfortunately an hour wasn't enough time to show everything, and they really dumbed it down for TV. Yeah, looked like some nice evos there though.
