What a damn night!!!! great dyno day and a friggin 6 1/2 hour ride in bumper to bumper traffic and only went 190miles!!!! anyway......the thing that realy has been pissing me off and is getting to me is why these vendors, Shiv, Mark, and whoever else talks about me and says i ruin there reputations and try to make them look bad??????? how?????? i ahve loved cars since i was liek 13 and its all i do, i work i have a girl, and i drive my evo.....i love it, its all i think about, its all i want to think about, love u too Ashley, but this is rediculous........i have spent sooooooo much of my life and money going to different peopel , trying new products and telling my stories....weather good or bad.....im not gonna only tell the bad ones, and vice versa........but if you cant handle the heat of a customer telling it like it is then maybe your in the wrong buisness????? i drove to New Jersey, cam in and waited 2 hours, and got a tune, and payed you 160 bucks, the guy went to get me the change for the 160 cause you only charged me 150 and i told him to give you the change......i was happy, with how you "fixed" it, not how you "tuned" it.............it was smooth, clean in between shifts, but diditn throw me int he seat........now am i not allowed to post about what happneed???? shoudl it be a secret??? what if he made 400whp??? should i not poast about it???? i payed i drove there, i better be able to post what happned...people wanna know.....Shiv, another one, i bought a product, didnt liek it, and coudlnt get refunded, i was pissed, big time, 1000 bucks and 4 months of waitnig while he had my money, so i told my story....he gets all upset and saying **** about me and whatever trash talking he did, i gave it back but it seemed like it was all little evo8powers fault, noone said "shiv jsut refund em and it will be over, that exede would sell by nightfall." and i did sell it finaly and the guy loves it!! through my frustrations with all that is waht made me mad, not Shiv doiesnt know how to tune, he does, i just dont like him....so i said i didnt..end of story, i dont htink he lost any sleep over it.....we all have the same car, the same goal, and just about the smae parts for a lot of us......why not use these boards to help and start fresh....theres too much fighting over what i say, look at my last post!!!! i just wanted to say i got tuned by TT and dynoflash, who mademore power...Al won and its over, why do soem poeple say "i woudl never touch evo8powers car!!" are u scared someone will make more power than you and make your company look bad? if so come flip burgers with me!!! we are hirring.....i mean i manage 3 mcdonalds in pa, from 1.8mill to 2.7 million a year ion sales, i go through a lot of strss and headaches and all i want to do when i leave is hop in that evo and smoke some cobra, or embarasse some guy at the track.....ask Mikesevo8, he met me at englishtown with his dad, 2 awesome peopel, and im sure they thought that too......peopel have such a negative outlook on me cause i post my true stories and i dont lie or leave anything behind.....if i was a vendor i would love peopel liek me, first i spend money!!! i am pasionate about the cars, i want it to perform to its peak, and i give everyone a shot at tunning it, if i only did one, i woudl never know if it was realy what i wanted......by the start of winter I will have been to Pruven, Al, MArk, TT, Shiv,Vishnue, Dave, Buschur Racing and the AEM EMS proablay tunning by Tym at Buschur, i ahve seen and felt it all, so i will tell how they all were.......finnally being done with all the tunners i wanted to see.........Buschur will never be topped for parts ordering and customer service, i swear, they are ****in aweosme ever ****in timke i called them, every time!!!!! you guys are unreal.......and as fas as flashing, Al & Dynoflash are unmatched, and will never be matched....whoever wants to say how arogant or how AL talks to some people, he delivers and the facts show it, never realy got to talk to Dan at all, seemed cool, same with MArk, dont like Shiv, phone was never answered, anyway, when Dave called me on my cell and we talked for 26 min, i knew who was pasionate about his customers and someoen who spent over 4k in parts with him as well, thansk so much Dave and every person who wants parts for an evo should go there, everyone....well im done, im excited to go to the track fri and hope i hit 11's....if i dont oh well, be upset a bit but im not the best driver either, maybe give my one buddy a crack at it.....i hope this doesnt get blocked or erased and people see what kind of a person i am,,,,,,,,

PS be at nopi this SAT and SUN 31st and 1st shoudl be a good show andf some racing, kinda ricey but oh well.!!!!

Like they say the truth hurts. I have heard stories about Vishnu but that's another story. But that's true though. alot of these tuners are arrogant. When they make so much pwr to some Evos and not on others, they don't do research on why it doesn't and when those customers tells their experience, they don't follow up on it and argue about refunds intead.

The easy way to fix the spell-check and paragraph issue: Copy and paste your post into Word, auto-spellcheck and auto-format. Then copy it back as an edit...

The thing I'm wondering is how much has all of these shop trips cost???

 

I think the hard part about having an Evo is that even though all of us may have followed it's development over the past decade...we're in the minority. I'm fortunate to have a couple of local tuners in the south florida area and even more in the central partof the state...but not anything compared to the rescources I had when tuning my mustangs.

I think the bottmline is that you have to be more self reliant and do more research up front and outline your goals. For example you could follow the Vishnu route or the Bushur route and be okas long as you follow thier course.
