Exactly! That's why we call them stealerships. lol

FWIW, Nada shows a higher trade-in value for "high milage" EVOs than KBB does. (i put in 28,500, which is what my car has)

FYI..

Red, Blue, Yellow..Hell, PURPLE books are guides only and are NOT gospel.

(Unless you can call KBB and have them strike a check for thirty geez, use them as guides ONLY)

Here is a recent sticky in the Private For Sale board..

Wholesale Values

Bottom line is the EVO in the midwest region is soft but the coasts..(east and west) show HIGHER values both Wholesale AND retail.

So if you are in Wisconsin, find a California buyer..

BB value means crap! I feel sorry for the first people who got rip off with the mark-up. Now the resale vlaue of the EVO is crap!

It cost less then a 10 year old toyota Supra TT

You know it bothers me when I see EVO being sold for 24K with 15K miles but I just don't care anymore. I happy with my 28k that I laid down for awsome new car.

i am looking at the evo as being another supra ...in the years to come it will go down in value as expected ( obviously way worst and the most the first year) but then in 5 yrs or so it will sto pand creep backwards. ...just watch...when you can't get them anymore it will help

true, i dont think mitsu is gonna want to keep selling these for long. The majority of warrenty claims is comming from people beating up their evos. And mitsu is already reluctant to want to fix any of it.
