Has anybody else had an issue with hesitation during hard downpours. I've noticed this a couple of times. It seems as though the car is misfiring. The hood vents have no connection to the intake system so I'm thinking more around an electrical type problem. Any ideas?

 

Car is expecting a certain type of 02, when it rains there is sless o2, it is normal.
