UK Badge Part Number
Im sure it exists, but I went into a local dealer and tried to see if I could order one. The parts guy said that he didnt have it, couldnt get it (didnt have the disk with Euro-spec Evo parts #'s), and couldn't order it for me even if I had the number. 
Most of the vendors sell them though and get them straight from Japan / Uk.

Simplest thing to do is contact a UK mitsu dealer. Search for Fish Brothers Mitsubishi on the web, and contact them via email or phone. I got mine through them, just called them up and received the badge about 9 days later.

or even simpler...go to vendors like www.lancershop.com or www.myevostore.com and order one....unless you just want the number...too bad I trashed the packaging.
