Well i guess i will chime in with my experience with them.

My problem happened 2 months ago when i placed a order fro some things for my car, i sent emails to confirm my order and NO EMAILS back to me. they sent my items after 2 weeks and DOUBLE charged my credit card. It was a HEADACHE to get my money back which took 1 month and 1 week to get a refund. I called numerous of times and their Customer service SUCKS. I will not spent another penny with them.

The kicker was that yesterday i get a PM for HKS cams from them and i told Chris about my previous issue. He only said i can match the other vendors price. He didn't give 2 ****s about my previous issue.

They have always gotten me my product super fastm I give them an A+ in my book!

Im sorry to hear you are having problems, but try giving them a call and holding to talk to them (even if it is more then 5 minutes). Obviously if it is this is important rnough to bring on a public forum, and get your credit card company involved, you can dedicate 10 minutes if necessary to hold, and talk to someone there... right?

With the internet age it seems like everyone wants instant gratification (i.e. "but I hate to not have a tracking number ") but reality is it's just not as stable of a system.

If it makes you feel any better I ordered a present during Christmas from Amazon and got just in time for St. Patty's Day.

I've oredered several items from them and never had any issues. Top notch shipping, quick response and turnover time, and good service.

I'm sorry you're having these issues. I hope it all works out for you. Good luck!!

Let's see i called them about 20 times and they barely answer the phone. My experience was horrible.

I will from now on shop elsewhere like titanmotorsports.com. They have AWESOME service. Call Geo for anytihng you need for your EVO, their service is second 2 none .

I had a couple bad experiences with them also. I Ordered some parts and waited about a week and nothing. I called and they had to drop ship them because they weren't in stock (which they didn't tell me when I ordered, and it showed they had them in stock on there web site). I called probably three times getting the run around. I finally got pissed and called and told them to cancel it seeing my customer was frustrated and didn't want the parts anymore. They told me I couldn't cancel and called right back and said they had shipped the parts that day. So it took a cancel request to get a call back, which was the first time I got any response, and now it's no problem, they are shipping. I said NOTTA, I drove up the road to the bank and stopped payment. I called back and said ship the stuff if you want but you're not getting any money from me and I'll have the parts. They called back later and said they SOMEHOW got the shipment stopped which obviously they had just lied to me and said already shipped. Anyway, blah, blah, blah, It was amazing!!!! I would never call the jackasses again, period!!! This is just one of my couple experiences.

Call someone like AMS that builds cars and parts and installs what they sell. Don't call some yahoos sitting in a little rental plaza place trying to look like a "shop" online.

I had a good experience with them. You just have to keep calling repeatedly till you get through... Actually this has been my experience with every vendor so far (except Works, they always picked up for me). It's amazing... they only sell 5,000 evos a year since 03' and EVERY vendor seems to be crazy busy.

BTW. Ripping vendors on this board is usually a total last resort, right?

Thumbs up

i had a very good experience with lancershop when i ordered a turboback and the 8 piece busching set from them last week.....i ordered it on a monday afternoon and it was in on thursday....also they were out of stock of the carbon fiber heat shield and the under hood buschings, so i called them up on thursday and they picked up right away and they arrived on tuesday.....the only minor complaint i had was the packing itself was a little ghetto, they just kinda trew everythiing into 2 boxes loosely, but there was no damage to anything to i cant complain.

I ordered a a-pillar gauge pod from them a few months back.. when I finally went around to installing it, they had sent me a 52MM pod when I ordered a 60MM pod. It had been too long and they wouldn't help me out with an exchange. They get a thumbs down from me.

I expierienced slow shipping, but I got almost all my parts. Still waiting on one that isn't in stock yet.

I also had problems with email and the phone # is bull.

IM TalonRcR. He was a lot of help. Looked up the status of my order right away!
