LancerShop = horrible sales experience?

So I'm a little pissed. I placed an order last week for a few things I needed for my evo.
This tuesday I heard nothing so I sent an email to their shipping/tracking address asking for an update or shipping info. No response two days later so I try to call and can't even get through. (I like how they have 24/7 listed for that email but don't even respond, maybe they mean nobody is there 24/7)

I sent another email earlier today and if they don't get back to me friday then I'm going to be pissed and do something drastic like dispute the charges (they had no problem running my creditcard without delay). I picked them mostly because they support this site and have decent prices.

is this normal for them? what are your experience with them like???

I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum, I could not find a better place.

Sometimes it takes a few days to get an e-mail back, but they have great customer service otherwise.

IMHO
keep in mind that E-mail is typically the lowest priority in getting back to customers. The phone is almost always your best bet (I know I hate it too).

Their shipping is not the quickest. I usually averaged around 7-8 days for product to get to idaho, but the prices are good and the product has arrived in top notch condition. I have only ordered a couple of times, but satisfied......

sorry to hear about your problems...

I've done one or two small transactions with them (items under $100) and they've been correct each time - no delay, no problem. Sorry to hear that.

There may be a problem with email - you never know. Probably it would be best to give their tracking dept. a call (734-449-9141 Noon - 6pm ET).

By all means, if you don't have the merchandise by the time you get the bill from your CC company, dispute the charges. It only costs you a stamp. Make sure you document dates/times of the attempts to contact them. Most CC companies require you to attempt at least some form of non-Internet contact before disputing.

I tried to call them today and when I hit the option for shipping status I got a recording telling me to email, then it hung up on me. I called back and tried the ordering line and sat on hold for over 5 minutes then gave up.

I agree - that's lousey customer service. It's one thing to give you a recording on a toll-free number, but it's not right to give you a recording when the phone call is on your dime. Then again, if they can't even answer the sales line, then maybe they're swamped.

They're supposedly a "Gold Vendor" sponsor of EvoM. Perhaps you should report your experience to someone at EvoM.

They should have at least answered the phone; most vendors take a couple of days (e-mail) to get back to you though. I ordered from Lancershop and everything was great

Nothing but top notch service. Maybe they were busy.

I ordered many items w/o a problem. In fact, I ordered Evo 7 tails and one arrived broken. I called up and they immediately sent another one before I even returned the broken one. That's great service.

I have bought some things from them and I didn't have any trouble. Actually, there was a problem with my credit card (bank's fault, not LancerShop), but I spoke with a gentleman there a number of times and it worked out well.
