Anyway, Yes it should work. By reducing the amount of movment to the engine , it should transfer the wasted power to the drivetrain more efficiently.

Ya i have been thinking about getting one of these also. Most tuners use them in other cars this is just the first one we have seen for the evo. Should help with engine movement allot. Only problem i see is boltening it to the firewall. Dont think that is the best place for it!!

It doesn't bolt to the fire wall. It goes from where the passenger side strut brace mounts, to the engine mount by the timing cover. Link to more pics

I thought it said it bolted to the firewall on the article on ebay. Must be my bad.
