02 Housing install
It's not really hard. Basically you take off the undertray, downpipe, and i would suggest the radaitor. From their you take off like 5 bolts attached to the turbine housing and bolt your new one on.

But I've heard there's also some kind of heatshield and bracket for the turbo
that I might need to permanently remove... Is that true?
Also, I wonder if it is possible to do that w/o removing the radiator...
Thanks,

And no, you don't need to remove the radiator. I have installed a half dozen of these so far, and haven't removed a radiator yet.
Just take your time and be patient.

Um, I don't know if like is a good word for this. I LOVE IT!! Full boost by about 2000rpm, what's not too like. Just installed one on a customer car last week and he is in love. Mate this to a custom DJT 3" downpipe and a custom DJT full 3" system = 310whp (with a few other bits)
I'm selling my Helix for 200. I am going to buy an HKS Turbo kit and it comes with a special O2 housing or I'd use this one. Its never been on the car, I have the box/bolts/gaskets
