Bushur FMIC install

I'm doing Buschur's EVO intercooler kit. Is there anything I should watch out for or do to make it easier on myself when I pull the bumper cover\front mount install?

Which IC are you getting? the deluxe version. Either way the only thing I had to do to mine was take a hammer to one of the brackets so it would fit properly. Make sure they ship the intercooler with the outlet side reinforced so it doesnt get crushed during shipping.

Well the install was a success. The only thing I'd tell someone before they do this is to remove the fan inside the engine bay, and take you time when cutting the splash\undernieth plastic gaurd. I have pics if anyone wants to check them out.

I'm not sure if I got a slight power gain or the turbo is spooling faster. The turbo (stock) is spooling faster and louder.

not to be rude man, but this is a 7 year old thread. I'm sure someone will be able to find pics for you though.

Man I hate to say this, but I have no idea where those photos are. I since changed PCs like 4 or 5 times. Now it's going to bother me until I track those pics down. Buschur has picks on his site. Well worth the buy if you ask me.

Don't forget that the design and size of the ICs have changed since 2004.
