Iv had my greddy profec b II boost controller for a while and i still feel that its set incorrectly . please help

give me your settings that you are using now and I can help. I spent an hour of so getting my e-01 setup and they share the same brain so they should work. I have a setting for low(17psi) and hi (20 psi). pm me if needed

Give more details on what you think is wrong with it. What are the symptoms. It's difficult to diagnose a problem if all you give us is that you think the settings are wrong.

 

my settings: set 65, set gain 10, gain 6. To tune yours, I suggest you do it in 5th gear without hitting the limiter, my settings do. You will also notice it does not hold boost consistently in every gear, that is why the profec b sucks.

 

my setting is set 49 gain 6% set boost 150 warning 210 and limiter 6% too
i forgot some.. not in my car now.... but... everything works fine for me.... boost didn't fall much upon gear change,... found out that u need to toy with the limiter too...
i got a min 19.5+ boost and max 20.3~8 just need more time and concentrate on the boost reading... i gain so much more power compare to the first time i got it... about 9 month ago... hahaha..

the mods i have is just a Greddy BOV thats it......

 

I REALLY wouldent know just how to explain whats going on with it, one thigs for sure boost is not consitent through out the gears. dose any one have a step by step guide to tuneing the profec
