do i need to put in the stiffer spring? i removed my boost solenoid so that puts my boost down to like 8-10. and the spring it comes with says it's capable of adding 5-6lbs of boost. i still haven't tried cranking it up for more boost because i didn't have time to test it to see if the light spring is capable of running 19psi.

 

nm. the light spring works fine. but it leaves me another question. does the mbc allow the turbo to spool up faster? because i can hear the turbo spooling earlier but i was wondering if that was just because i got rid of a little tubing.

 

I've never heard about a MBC increasing spool. So i'd have to say no.
