hmmm... I'm just not sure then. Here's the contact info for Greddy up here in the USA... you may want to contact them and tell them you've been through a lot of troubleshooting and nothing's working. I'd think (hope) they'd take care of you some how, or maybe direct you to someone local.

While I didn't install my boost controller myself nor did I tune it, I did have a problem which turned out to be a Greddy software issue. When you had it in PSI mode, it would hit the warning, flash a red screen, and reduce boost drastically. Try switching to Kpa mode and see if it does the same thing. I was supposed to send mine back in for a new software load but didn't want to be without my car for two weeks so I just use it in Kpa mode and it works fine.

Sounds like you've got nothing to lose here.

For me 47, 8, 42 works best for 21 psi.

Switch to kpa?

I'm interested to find out if switching to the kpa setting fixed your problem or not.

Well... do you believe in Snake Oil, Mistery Oil, Magic solution, or simple miracle cure..?
Last night I decided to do some experimenting with my car (what the hell), so after few issues I decided to turn the MAF upside down, and as incredible as it sounds, IT WORKS..!!!
After turning the MAF upside down I went for a ride and the car is holding boost like never before, and is it NOT stalling as much as before. DOn't ask me how this is possible, but it is..!!!

Thanks to the guy that mentioned this option..!!
