need some help i got a 1g bov and im pritty sure its leakn i keep reading about crushing it im guessing that means take it put it in a vice and squeeze it but i dont feel like screwn it up


how much do i crush it if somone can take a pic of theres after the crush it would be helpfull thanks

iv been doing searches and cant find any thing.

 

Crush the top portion evenly within two pieces of wood (as not to damage the BOV) and crush it evenly in a vise until you can just barely fit a penny between the vacuum port on the top and the base, if you can't fit a penny in there you'll never get a vacuum hose on.
