plz help................has anyone installed a alpine cda-7893 in the evo i just bought one i install everything no sound from unit? everything powers on no fuses blown just no sound wtf?

check all your connections again.

 

Ok Found The Problem The Alpine Units Need Constant Power From The Battery You Have To Run A 10ga Wire From The Units Yellow Power Wire To The Battery And Make Sure Auxil Input Is On The Off Position If It Is On No Sound Will Come Out.....

 

alpine 7893 highly recomended makes factory speakers sound great!!!!!

 

If I install a alpine with the ssl do I have to run speaker wire straight from head unit to speakers or will it work with a harness???
