follow evomoto's how to for an intercooler install. It's fairly simple.

Just did this today to install my new intercooler piping...very simple. Just remove the undercarrage sheild....about a hundred of the damn clips...then remove three more clips on each tire well. Then there are four bolts holding the top portion of the bumper on, and one under the front licencse plate and one on the top left hand corner of the lower grill. That should be all of them....the bolts are 10mm if i remember correctly and the phillips head for the clips and screws. Now that you have removed all the hardware the bumber should come off with just slight pressure...oh yeah disconnect the intercooler sprayer up near the airbox. Should take you less than an hour and it goes back on much faster... have a good time I know that i love working on my car even though I always manage to slice the **** out of my hands....

It is super easy. If you can take a tire off you can do it.
