drain it via the plastic plug on the bottom pass side, undo the 2 bolts on the top holding it in... unplug the harness to the fan... undo the hoses... pull it out.

not tough at all.

refill and flush out all the bubbles.

you only have an upper and lower hose and your breather on the top. I think the stock radiator holds 2 jugs. I also messed up mine putting back in fan and bought a koyo. The koyo takes ALOT more than stock. all you need to do is take off cap ON radiator and fill until full. Start car with cap off and wait till it lowers down, keep filling it up for 5-10 min until it wont let you poor anymore. That should be enough, just wait until the car is completely cooled down later and check, your reservoir should be at the full line when car is cold. Remember use half water and half antifreeze, NOT all antifreeze.

thanks thats good info, may I ask which koyo did you buy? The oem replacement or racing koyo, Im getting a koyo off ebay for 179 oem replacement was wondering if you knew about them and how they compared to the "performance" koyo radiators
