I am having so much trouble removing the plastic fastners. I am trying to remove my front bumper and I just can't take these suckers out. Can anyone please give me tips on rmoving these? I have already messed two of these fastners by applying too much force on them.

 

i use 2 flat head screwdrivers to get underneath the head and pop it out, the ones that screw out you have to pinch the back so that when you screw it out it catches and will actually screw out. hope that helps. once you gigure out the first one its easy from there.

did ever have to remove ones that are completly worn and can't be screwed out?
i tried screwing them out at first and messed up the + on the fastners
