Please help me check the fuses in my MR

Hi,

I think I have a blown fuse in my cigar ligther. I know where the fuses are inside the car, but they are inaccessible!! In my EVO VIII there was a little door/panel you could just pop out and get to all the fuses. Now the MR has a light dimming switch in then same spot and the fuses are all behind the dash well under a lot of stuff and I cannot get to them

Can somebody help me with this? I need some advise about how to reach the fuses. Do I need to dismantle the dashboard?

that light dimmer/foglight panel will pull right out if you try. put your fingernail in the top of it above the switches, and pry it up it will fall open like the change tray did, then you can lift it off the tabs and get access behind it.

Wow, thanks a lot! I did wonder if that panel would come out, but it did not pop out too easily. I'll try it this afternoon.

Thanks again!
