Radio Relocate/Stock Gauge Question

Hey all, new evo ix owner here, i have a question. The evo i got came with the evo gauges in it already, and i was wondering about the radio relocation. If i bought the radio relo kit, would i be able to put the stock gauges where the radio was (like in the 42 gauge kit)? would i have to buy anything to mount it where the radio is?

also, is it going to be a pain to move the gauges to where the radio is, or is it going to be a simple unplug and plug back in (is anything soldered into the back of the gauges?)

sorry for the long post

you guys rock

The MR already has the radio relocation kit. All you have to do is swap the radio with the gauges. Did it on my friends MR, took 20 mins.

simple unplug/unscrew and swap. Like the other guy said, 20-30 minutes tops. Personally, I think it is a great mod, especially for being free (for MR owners). This is the way Mitsu should have delivered the MR's from the factory. IMO

The only tool you need is a #2 phillips screwdriver. You don't need pics, this is all self-explanatory.

yeah noob, it's a quickie job.

it's really easy. Everything in this car comes apart so much like the rsx (only easier), that it's awesome.
