Just installed a quaife in my '03, everything has gone pretty smoothly so far. however, having some trouble getting the transfer case cover on. it looks as though the diff carrier in far enough, but should i pull it out to check? I know the cover is a tight seal, you have to pry it off to remove it, but is it that difficult to re-install? thanks in advance.
