Removing door panels on an RS

I've searched all day, nothing has answered my problem.
How do I remove the door panel with the manual crank on it? I've removed the two screws holding the door pull and door handle panels on, and then the two rubber capped screws on the both sides, and pulled out all 8 of the plastic clips, but the door pane is still stuck on along the top.
What part of the panel comes off? The entire thing, including the weather stripping along the top of the panel along the window?
edit: I need pictures of how to remove the window handle. the only writeup here has no pictures.

I've been trying to figure out how to get the window crank handle off as well. After you take out the screws and pop the clips around the edge, only the crank handle holds the panel on. The top of the panel is released by lifting it straight up.

If you can figure out how to get the crank handle off, please post.
