anyone know exactly how to take the b-pillar off? i know the seatbelt shoulder mount needs to come off, but where is the bolt or how do i get to it?
I promise I will this weekend.

B pillar is easy, just take off the seatbelt and pop it off like everything else. There's a little piece that sticks out of the bottom of it that will be a *****, but once you've got the pillar un-stuck from the car you can look at it from the inside and see what you need to do. It's common sense, don't worry.

I love it, but I've always been a sucker for black, especialy flat balck. As you read, I painted pretty much everything, and while I really like the look it gives right now (black/dark grey from the dash, etc..) the headliner is driving me CRAZY. I think that if you aren't commited enough to do all of it (dash pieces, shift cover, pillars, headliner) then it's not going to look that great. You need the "uniform-ness" to pull it off.

Very nice job and nice write up!

I have a TB evo 9 ( ha ha black steering wheel stock!)

And I think the a pillars def need to be painted.
The only thing Im undecided on is the radio and around the shifter, etc... dunno if there is such a thing as too much black....

Great instructions. I am using this and another thread to black my trim. I'm just doing the HVAC surround, dash trim and A-Pillars. I will hopefully post a small shot once it's done.

Thanks for the ideas man!
