Blinder M-20 Laser Jammer Install
Blinder M-20 Laser Jammer Install
I just got a blinder M-20 laser jammer.
I was wondering where people think it is best to install on their EVO.
I was thinking of cutting out a bit of the grill on the front, the two little slots abover the intercooler and below the two main front inlets, (the small long rectangular vents) i was going to apoxy the units in there
is there a better way to remove those grills, so that I do not have to cut them?
also what is the best way to get the power (phone chords) into the cabin
i was thinking of pulling my power to my sub amp and running them along through there, is there an easier way to do that?
thanks!

1) Just dont speed - take it to a track
2) Those dont work, Govt/Police are constantly upgrading their equipment.
But...
3) Take the bumper off to access that area
4) Dont cut the mesh, you dont need to.
5) Run a dedicated line with a fuse.
6) Dont use phone cords for power - use correct wiring or you could have a:

i guess my post was a little vauge
I don't speed often, but to any cop, an evo doesn't look slow, especially with a college age kid driving it.
there are video's on EvoM if you search for Lidar of testing of laser jammers in combination with veil and V1, in general they reduce the targeting range of the laser jammer from over 2000 feet to around 200, at 2000 feet no one would be able to see a cop unless he already had his lights on, at 200 feet, you should be able to see the cop if you're paying attention, which is generally a good idea when driving
there is no failsafe, if you speed, you will eventually get burned
I wasn't going to cut the mesh, that would look horrible i just didnt know if there was a easy way to pull it out
the phone chords i was speaking of are not for power to the control unit, but from the jamming boxes to the control unit, a dedicated line would be run with a fuse of course to power the whole setup
I did enjoy the picture though

Ya to get to the mesh, you have to take the bumper cover off. But it should work with the mesh there or not. But to mount them in the bumper support, you will need to take off the bumper.
