I'm about to install my Oil temp/pressure senders but have a few questions first. Where do people run the wires from the senders into the cabin (in my case i need to run them to my Defi control unit). I was also wondering if anybody used Teflon tape on the threads that go into the oil pan...I'm just worried that some of the tape will come off on the inside and cause some major damage. Thanks!

 

Check the How-To's section for a great write-up, also if you are trying to use the supplied fittings they won't work in the blanks by the oil filter. They are not NPT thread.

Use a liquid teflon, you will be fine!
