Well I went a couple places tonight to source the parts. If I was making a million of these I could probably do it for like $5 but thats not the case and because time is hard to come by these days, I can't do them near as cheap as I thought I could.

The parts themselves are relatively inexpensive, but they add up and then the wiring (which I have here) and the time to solder them together best I think I can do is $30 shipped to your door ready to install.

I have not decided on the final size of the completed box but it will be absolutely no larger than the one pictured in this thread. The size of that box is 3" x 2" x 1" and it fit great under the dash and its held in place with one zip tie.

Here is what you will get for your $30:

- Completed component in sealed box with wiring attached ready to be installed
- All required connectors
- Instructions

I will take paypal, cash, checks, money orders or your first born.

Email me if you want in on this and tell me where you would like it shipped and how you would like to pay.

I will buy. Is this also reversible if later on we decide not to use it?

Yes, VERY good idea. There are a lot of PCB layout design software out there, and since this is a fairly small layout I'm sure a trail edition of anyone can bring out the best in your idea.

Better yet, make a few and sell them yourself or simply have them special order from you if they really wanted one.

that's cool, i can solder. it's just building the circuit from a schematic that puzzles me. if i saw steps with pics, i think i could handle it.
