haze in headlight help

I have searched this and have come to mixed conclusion.
My driver side headlight is starting to get a haze in it from moisture. It will start to go away but always comes back. If i want to fix this myself, do I have to take the complete bumper off or just a few screws, and then reseal?

Or should I call and have the dealer take care of this? Does anyone know what it will cost to get resealed at a Mitubishi dealership?
