UK Evolution IX Badge INSTALL w/Pics
you welcome everyone the only thing wrong with the uk badge for the ix is ya i have mine lined up right in the middle but if you look at the U and the T they dont line up perfect with the mistu Emblem its alittle to right and then if i wanted to line it up perfect with the mistu sign it would be a little to the left on the trunk so i just went with it centered on the trunk

In the 1st pic, the envelope wasn't laying flat when I took the picture. That's why it looks like there's some overhang on top of the tail light. I'll get out a tape measure tomorrow if needed, but I spent about the same time as you when I put mine on. Measured, then remeasured. I didn't go by the edge of the plastic protective strip, though. I noticed that there was a larger space on one side of the badge than on the other (plastic strip started and about 1/2 of an inch later the "E" started, then 3/4 of an inch after the "X" the plastic strip stopped...or something like that)

Unfortunatley, I didn't take any pics of the install, but it was fairly straight-forward.
From measuring, I found at the body line, it's exactly 40" across. So I measured half way across the badge, and half way across the trunk to line up. Mine was alittle more difficult due to having the "MR" badge add on, so I had to provision for that. I also ran the badge lower than most of you. See the pic for the final result. It was taken with my camera phone, so its alittle crappy.

Taking off "lancer evolution" badge
I just bought the "evolution IX" trunk badge and was wondering whats the best way to take off the "lancer evo" badge that is in the lower left hand corner. I don't want to ruin my paint job! Any ideas?
+1 on that and also what site do you guys go to buy the Evolution IX badge?
