Well I decided since the pump has to be placed under the hood close to the pump unit that I should go with a smaller tank (2 QT), so I bought this tank. This is a perfect fit, the only thing you need to do is mount the air bag sensor switch on the side of the mount thats closer to the radiator and the tank will slide right in and the hood does not touch, it may look like it but it doesnt.....check it out..

The tank is not mounted yet, I am going to drill the 22mm holes for the level indicator and supply nozzle, I will post more pics later

I like the idea of having the pump and tank so close to the sprayer. Are you blocking airflow to your intake by placing the tank in that location? Also, are there concerns about having the tank and ~ 1 gal. of flammable substance in the engine bay? Looks good....

It does not block the air flow for the intake, there is still some room for air flow, this is the only place you can put both units. About the tank and pump in the engine bay, well I called Perrin and asked the same question, they said that the system is designed for the engine bay, so thats that. The Buschur kit for the 03's goes in the engine bay also, no problems reported about them. I will purchase a fire extinguisher here in the near future..lol
