One more major question wow what an idiot... I got the NGK BPR8ES Plugs
I was told by turbo trix to gap them to .023 but on the thread that was sent to me it has 0.28 which is a big differrence is the Mechanic correct in saying they should be at 0.23? please advise

The NGK BPR8ES are 1 heat range cooler then the stock Evolution spark plugs. These cooler plugs have additional detonation resistance, and are more prone to fouling as compared with the stock OEM spark plugs. This is the same heat range i run in my car and probly the one u wanted. Whats your mods?
Suggest you change your plugs every 3-6 months to ensure a correct spark under high boost. These plugs are copper so they need to be change more frequently

As far as the gap.. This would also depend on your mods/hp u r running. Let me know
