Need help removing front Brembo calipers!
I'm pretty sure we understand. I just think you don't. You keep talking about the front and the rear sections of the caliper. If your doing it right there are no "sections" of the caliper. It all remains one piece.
You take out the two bolts that hold the entire caliper assembly to the spindle and lift the caliper up off the rotor. The bolts are on the spring side of hub assembly.
What you have done is taken the one piece caliper apart. This pic should help.
I don't think there are any internal fluid passages that go from one half to the other but, you should definitely let someone who knows what they are doing put that back together, bleed the brakes and thoroughly check for leaks afterwards.

Yea.....ok thanx for the pic... i see what ur talking about now. I did one side that way and did the other side the other way just to get a feel.

I seriously can't stress enough the importance of getting the system bled properly and having the caliper correctly reassembled and torqued. Brakes are not a good system to "think" you've got back together right.
