intake manifold removal

can somebody do a removal or replacement "how to" for the intake manifold. thanks! ( evo )

how hard is it? im thinking about getting the ams vsr....would that go in like a stock replacement? i havn't really looked in there but im guessing just remove the strut bar, fuel rails then the bolts for the manifol....how i get to the bottom bolts? anyone???? and would i need a diffrent throtle body?

If i could suggest, just do a Buschur ported/coated intake mani w/their 65mm TB. No point in getting the AMS VSR unless you're going bigger turbo route. None the less, good luck w/the project, i'm going to have my intake mani replaced as well.
