^Yes, i did this about the first week i bought my car and it makes a huge difference in looks. Especially how faded mine were.
O and about the Acetone, make sure you dont try and use it to clean up your calipers after you have painted them and applied your clearcoat, it will just eat through your clearcoat!

hope it helps you.
This should be a 'sticky' (no pun intended) due to fact this is the CORRECT way to do the brembo lettering not a phu kee ing ghetto ebay sticker.

If you really wanna get stupid while doing all the caliper work go ahead and get stencils made at Kinkos and do your last name in the same font (if it will fit)

Brittney had Fedex's Ferrari Calipers done that way.....

Can anybody post some pics of what their brakes look like after a few track days?

I am curious if its worth the effort if they are just gonna burn off and look like crap again after 2 track days!

I suggest using an epoxy based paint for the calipers. They can normally withstand higher temps and hold up MUCH better to the elements. The finish lasts longer...

That's all I really have of them, that is the last picture of the calipers I took before i shipped them out to a buyer. For a long lasting finish, calipers should be blasted, stripped, and either power coated or epoxy based painted.
