Megan coilover install video
This is my first attempt at a how-to video. I hope you enjoy it.
Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zsXNcIAtG1k
Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UU764dVzcoA
UPDATE:
"Why did you have someone stand on the rotor to get the rears out?"
The opposite side is on the ground, under compression. That pressure is transferred to the other side via the swaybar. If you have a bigger swaybar, as I do, it compounds the problem. It's really not that big of a deal. If you disconnected the swaybar or used a shop lift, it probably wouldn't be an issue at all.
Since the video doesn't show the bottom front bolts, here's a picture showing the strut bolts and the brake line bracket.

Great post by the OP. Nice work.
Yes, installing coilovers is just about as easy as an oil change. Seriously...not hard at all. The OP speaks the truth...make sure you have a breaker bar and a torque wrench. You need a breaker bar to loosen a few of the bolts (some are torqued to 123 ft/lbs). And you need the torque wrench to get the bolts back on at the correct spec. Other than that, it's very easy to do.
Oh, and one other thing to consider...use jack stands to hold the car up rather than just the car jack. It's safer that way.

If you want the best ride and all the adjustability, go with coilovers. I bought a set of BC Racing coilovers from IMPORTIMAGE (a vendor on here) for $929. The Megan's are great too (actually BC makes the coilovers for Megan). Then I sold my original suspension for $400. So, really only cost me about $500 for a really good set of coilovers. Good springs will cost you around $250. The extra $250 for the adjustability (both ride height and dampening) and ride quality of coilovers is well worth it
I was surprised at how easily the Megans were installed on my car. You don't need to mess with spring compressors at all, either. piece of cake.
Also, thanks for making the video, that's such a nice thing to have, imagine if everything was shown like that.
