Yep but you don't have to connect it if you don't want the functionality.

I don't understand the question?! If you have connected the ground wire into the ECU, then you shouldn't need to ground any other wire (unless you are not planning to connect the O2 sensor wire in which case you can ground that as well....the manual recommends grounding the handbrake wire if you don't use it either...but I haven't grounded mine and I have had it for a year and it works fine). Of course you can choose to just ground all the wires, but then the narrowband A/F & voltage functions on the Timer will be useless.

You answered my question, thanks! Post 18 made me wonder if you had to run an additonal wire yourself to ground -- which appariently you don't.

::UPDATE::
Not that anybody cares, but the install of my TT and boost gauge while my wife cooked Thanksgiving dinner went perfectly! It was great, 1/3rd of the family was watching football, 1/3rd was cooking, and the rest was out in the garage watching me work and talking about the cars they sup'd up in their glory days

What'd you guys do if you don't have quick connects? Where can I get some because they look like they'll do the job about 1000x quicker.

Does the Apexi TT use the air fuel /02 readings to determine the time it nees to run after the car is shut off?

I'm wanting to install my Apexi turbo timer, but dont' care much for any other readings, i just need it for the timer.

Anyone?

Sorry late answer, but was looking for something when I saw this.
Anyway you don't need to use that function if you don't want I have mine hooked up without taping the O2. Yes the TT can use the O2 signal to calculate the amont of time to set to shut off, but I've heard that it was that accurate and something set it too short or too long. I was told by a reputable tuner shop that all you really need is a minute to minute & 30 on normal daily drive, but of course on Hot summer days and/or long drive you can set it a little longer. It doesn't necessary have to be 3 minutes.

okay WHERE exactly does the PLUG on the turbo timer harness connect to?

I've got the lower panels off the dash, just trying to find WHERE that harness installs onto the car from?

ANY HELP?
